In respect of our history and identity, we work to integrate certified materials into the creation of our most iconic garments.
Our approach
We believe in the importance of transparency and traceability. That is why we prioritise materials that come with internationally recognised certifications, which attest to compliance with specific standards throughout the supply chain and help to make product information clearer, verifiable and accessible.
Source criteria
- We promote the increasing use of certified raw materials that meet internationally recognised standards.
- We select materials certified by standards that verify environmental, social and traceability requirements throughout the supply chain, such as GRS, RSC, GOTS, OCS, FSC, RWS...
- Products containing at least 50% certified raw materials may be as ‘Better Together’. The QR code on the label contains information about the materials used and the relevant certifications.
- Our approach to sourcing is also based on safeguarding workers’ rights and monitoring working conditions throughout the value chain, underpinned by SA8000 certification, the benchmark standard for social responsibility.
