Thanks to our participation in the 2022 “Conciliamo” government tender, we have tested and refined some of the initiatives that are now at the core of the Enjoy-Work and Life project.
Flexibility, support, and care are the values from which initiatives like Ambro Jo, the company time-sitter, and prevention campaigns and specialist visits at the company have emerged.

In this perspective, training activities are the main tool to foster personal and professional growth. An essential path to ensure that the company can develop a set of skills internally to better and more easily manage ongoing processes of change.
CSRD
Continuous training is of fundamental importance at all levels. For this reason, the entire management class has been involved in training on the topic of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
This course aims to provide a deep understanding of the obligations and implications of the CSRD, as well as strategies to integrate environmental and social impact assessments into business decisions.
ECODESIGN
Through this course, the style, product, and merchandising offices had the opportunity to explore the key strategies of eco-design. An additional step towards responsible innovation, in line with the values of transparency, responsibility, and ambition of the brand.
AI
The course was designed to allow our employees to discover and make the most of the potential of generative AI, particularly Copilot, in the various Microsoft 365 applications.
The course aimed to provide a complete overview of the features and benefits of Copilot, with the goal of improving work productivity, quality, and creativity.
