Our team dedicated to coordinating and managing attività ESG,
in collaboration with the ambassadors located in the various departments, helps to define and enforce internal policies, practices and behaviours so that they meet the company’s strategic vision in terms of ethical and social impact.
The sustainability department is entrusted with the task of substantiating the manifesto of shared values through constant dialogue and listening to all corporate stakeholders.

Our strategy is structured around the ESG pillars, namely environmental, social, and corporate governance factors.
With the ambition to align ourselves with international sustainable development goals, we have outlined a path of responsible business growth that protects employees and end consumers.
The 2023-2025 ESG strategy is based on the following United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:
