With the #Details project, we have taken a further step forward in this direction, leaving our people to recount and narrate their own stories. The result is a surprising combination of nuances, each different from the others. Unique, in its details and in its naturalness.
ENJOY – WORK AND LIFE
In the conviction that socially responsible behaviour and constant commitment to supporting a conscientious organisational culture are key components of the company’s growth, we promote welfare projects optimising work/life balance through participation in “Bando Conciliamo”, a competition promoted and financed by the department of family policy of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
Enjoy Work and Life provides concrete proactive support for the needs of the corporate population through a series of phases which began in March 2022 and will continue until the end of the year 2023.
The planned activities are: Agile Work Project, Corporate Butler, Prevention Project, Mom’s Coach, “Hiring in Liu Jo” Project, Workplace Certification.
